These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Zenith Digitals ("we", "us", "our") and any individual or business ("you", "the client") who engages our services. By working with Zenith Digitals, you agree to these terms in full.
Zenith Digitals is a digital growth agency based in Manchester, United Kingdom. For any queries relating to these terms, contact us at jake@zenithdigitals.co.uk.
Zenith Digitals provides the following services:
The specific scope of services for each client will be agreed upon before work commences. We reserve the right to decline to work with any individual or business at our discretion.
Our standard commercial model operates on a revenue share basis:
Both parties agree to act with full transparency regarding sales figures and revenue. Any attempt to misrepresent or withhold revenue information will be considered a breach of these terms.
Upon the completion of the revenue share arrangement and subject to continued compliance with these terms, the content we create for you (including the digital product and launch materials) is licensed to you for commercial use.
Zenith Digitals retains the right to use anonymised or generalised examples of our work for portfolio, case study, or marketing purposes, unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.
You must not resell, redistribute, or repurpose the strategies or frameworks we create without prior written consent.
By working with us, you agree to:
While we work hard to create strategies and products that perform well, Zenith Digitals cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, sales figures, or audience responses. Results will vary depending on your audience, your engagement, your platform, and factors outside of our control.
Any revenue estimates or projections we provide are based on reasonable assumptions and are illustrative only — they are not contractual commitments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenith Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or any digital product we create. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total revenue share received by us from your product sales.
Either party may terminate the working arrangement by providing written notice. Upon termination:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
